You can enjoy a variety of soups, including new styles of ramen with chicken broth-based salt, soy sauce, and toritomato (tomato) soup, as well as miso ramen, nibori chicken, and white broth red.My preference is the middle ground "Chicken Paitan (Salt)", which I think is one of the best chicken broths around.If you're interested, check it out at the store!

From the hotel, it's a 12-13 minute drive towards Omagari to "Menya Shu" near Ugo Nagano Station. You can feel the passion of the dedicated owner in every bowl of ramen.The soup is delicious, but you can especially feel their passion for the noodles, which include 1) whole wheat, low-hydration noodles, 2) high-hydration medium-thick noodles, 3) hand-kneaded Chinese noodles, and 4) extra thick, flat noodles.This restaurant is highly recommended by the hotel staff.
