  • ●Luggage storage

  • ●About card key

    ◇You will need it when using your room, elevator, or automatic doors.
    ◇When using the elevator, before boarding only the 1st floor
     Hold the card key over the touch panel and press the arrow button.
    ◇Please be sure to take it with you when you leave the room.
    ◇For security reasons, a card key is required for the automatic doors from 24:00 to 6:00.
    <Note>If you lose your card key, we will charge you 2,200 yen for a card key reissue fee.

  • ●Breakfast

    ◇Breakfast information Available period April 1st to November 30th 
    If you wish to have breakfast, please inquire at the front desk by 19:00 the day before.
    ◇Service hours: 7:00 to 9:00(Ends at 9:30)
    ◇Breakfast venue:Kakunoda-tei is located on the second floor of Shokusai Shokusai Machiyakan, in the building opposite from the lobby courtyard entrance on the first floor.Please be sure to bring your breakfast ticket with you when using Restaurant.

    ◇Room wear:There is a corner in front of the front desk on the 1st floor.
    ◇Amenities:Available at the rental corner in front of the front desk on the 1st floor and in front of the elevators on each floor.
     (Including toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, cotton, and cotton swabs)

  • ●Smoking/Tobacco/Smoking Space

    ◇All non-smoking.
    ◇If you wish to smoke, please use the outdoor smoking area.
    ◇If it is confirmed that you have inadvertently smoked in the guest room,
    Depending on the situation, we may have to charge the customer between 10,000 and 50,000 yen for deodorizing and cleaning costs to remove cigarette odors, as well as operating losses and compensation costs for not being able to use the guest room.Please note.

    ◇If you are staying consecutive nights and do not require cleaning, please contact the front desk by 10AM on the morning of the day you check in, or display the "no cleaning required magnet" on the outside of your room.
    ◇For both "Guests who do not have cleaning included in plan" and "Guests who do not have cleaning on the day," if you would like "towel exchange" and "trash collection" even without cleaning, please leave your towels outside your room in the hallway by 10:00 am and we will exchange and collect them.You can also exchange it by visiting the front desk.

    ※If you wish to check in before 12:00, you will be required to pay the full amount for the previous night (1 night) as we cannot accommodate your reservation the night before.

    ◇We can accept and ship your package via Yamato Express.
    Shipping papers and cardboard boxes (100 and 120) are available at the front desk.
    If you wish to use this service, please come to the front desk.
    (Hotel collection time is 4pm.Standard:The fastest delivery for packages to the Kanto region is the following afternoon.※Please understand that the arrival of your package may be delayed due to bad weather, etc.)
  • ●Parking<Free>

    ◇"Before and after check-in" Free parking is available in front of the hotel's main entrance.
    However, please refrain from parking for long periods.Additionally, if you wish to park a large vehicle, you may be required to park at the "Municipal: Sakura Namiki Parking Lot" (charges apply).Please contact us in advance.
    ◇We do not accept reservations for the basic parking lot.If you arrive early, please park nearby.
    ※This is different for people with physical disabilities.We also accept reservations.
